Visit the refuge location and the survivors of flash flood and landslides in Ile Ape

Hari ini saya kembali mengunjungi Lokasi pengungsian dan Para Penyitas bencana Banjir Bandang dan Longsor di Ile Ape, kabupaten Lembata. Setelah sebulan lebih tidak bertemu mereka, hari ini saat saya tiba, langsung disambut dengan bahagia dan dikalungkan dengan sehelai selendang karya tenun ikat mereka sendiri dan simbol berkat yang diletakan di dahi saya. Terimakasih banyak untuk Doamu semua. Semoga semua penderitaan ini segera berlalu menjadi kebahagiaan kita semua. (John Batafor)

Today I am back to visit the refuge location and the survivors of flash flood and landslides in Ile Ape, Lembata regency. After a month of not seeing them, today as I arrived, I was warmly and happily welcomed spontaneously, draped with a traditional ikat scarf woven by themselves and symbols of blessings laid upon my forehead. Thank you so much for all your Prayers. May all this suffering will pass soon and turn to be happiness for all of us.
